Nitring were certified by ISO9001 in year 2002, QS9000 in year 2005 and TS16949 in 2007.

Our product development adopts PPAP and APQP system from design, development, ET, PT, pilot run and the mass production. Our quality systems were approved by car manufactures and we have also invested on testing equipment by setting up laboratory, such as Thermal/ Humidity Chamber, Thermal Shock Chamber, Vibration Chamber, and Drop Tester..ect.

Our Own Design specification follows our own fundamental testing specification with additional requirement from our customer.

  Quality Tracking System
In order to optimize the quality control on our products and each parts, we have built the MES (Manufacture Execution System) to be integrated with our ERP system, which is a tracking system to record and analyze the resume of every set of our finished goods before delivered from our factory. With this tracking system, our customers can easily get the status or their shipments with quality data from internet
